To amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of Metro, to make various changes to the Downtown Code (DTC), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2026Z-002TX-001)

Authorizing a one-time bill credit to water and sewer users as a result of the January 2026 winter storm.

To Rules of Procedure, Rule 50 - Election to boards and commissions

Requesting the Metropolitan Government conduct additional research and analysis regarding tax rates and services within the Urban Services District and General Services District to ensure all taxpayers in Davidson County are treated equitably.

To amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of Metro, by amending a portion of a Planned Unit Development Overlay District to permit 120 multi-family residential units on property located at 201 Gifford Place, located at the corner of Gifford Place and Whites Creek Pike (3.11 acres), zoned CS and within a Planned Unit Development Overlay District, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 61-77P-005).

Authorizing Metro to accept new public water and sanitary sewer main, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 6103 Mt. View Road, (MWS Project Nos. 24-WL-78 and 24-SL-245 and Proposal No. 2025M-048ES-001).
