Approving a Memorandum of Understanding entered into by and between the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the Metropolitan Transit Authority, and the Regional Transportation Authority, to formalize the operations of dedicated law enforcement services within the public transit system.

Amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, to add various new data center uses and related definitions and conditions to the Zoning Code (Proposal No. 2026Z-012TX-001).

To amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of Metro, by amending a Specific Plan on property located at 5901 California Avenue, at the southeast corner of 60th Avenue North and California Avenue, zoned SP (8.12 acres), to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2023SP-009-002).

Authorizing Metro to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for property located at 14656 Old Hickory Boulevard, also known as Cothern Properties Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-4 and 25-SL-7 and Proposal No. 2026M-028ES-001).
