An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from AR2a to SP zoning for property located at 13181 Old Hickory Boulevard at the corner of Old Hickory Boulevard and Twin Oaks Lane (4.97 acres), to permit a mixed-use development, all of which is described herein.
