An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from RS7.5 to SP zoning for the properties located at 515 Anderson Lane and Anderson Lane (unnumbered), approximately 450 feet east of Snow Avenue and approximately 615 feet west of Pierce Road (3.93 acres), to permit 57 multi-family residential units, all of which is described herein.
